1. Data Promise and Commitment to Safety (Your Data Stays Safe)

We prioritize the confidentiality and integrity of your data within Google Workspace.

No Unnecessary Data Use: The permissions you grant to the Shoprox Add-on (such as access to your Sheets or other Workspace data) are used solely and exclusively to provide the immediate, core features of the Add-on, as initiated by you, the user.

No Surveillance or Transfer: We do not automatically collect, scan, monitor, or transfer the content of your documents, emails, or spreadsheets.

Strict Confidentiality: Any data accessed by the Add-on to perform a user-initiated task is treated as strictly confidential by dom3w and is never shared, sold, or disclosed to any outside party.

2. Service and Access

Service Description: The Shoprox Add-on is designed to automate key tasks directly within your Google Workspace applications. Specifically, the Add-on provides functionality and access as follows:

Google Form

The permission is needed to automate creation and modification of widgets or content inside Google Form.

Google Sheet

The permission is required for automating data updates, and adding form responses directly from Google Form.

Gmail

This permission allows automatic email sending to customers, and reading emails received from customers that may include proof of transaction attachments.

Google Docs

This permission allows automated creation of example email templates you may consider using for communication.

Google Drive

This permission enables automatic folder creation (e.g., Example Automation Message) containing Docs generated by the system.

License: dom3w grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Shoprox Add-on on your Google Workspace account solely for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.

3. Limitation of Liability and "AS IS"

Disclaimer of Warranties: Your use of the Add-on is at your sole risk. The Shoprox Add-on is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee that the Add-on will be uninterrupted, entirely error-free, or free of defects.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall dom3w, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or content) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Shoprox Add-on.

4. Termination and Changes

Your Right to Uninstall: You may terminate this agreement at any time by simply uninstalling the Shoprox Add-on from your Google Workspace account.

Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes (especially those related to data handling) via the Add-on interface or an updated notice. Your continued use of Shoprox after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
